Many advocates against a constitutional convention insist that Alaska should make amendments to our constitution via the legislative process, but as this video clearly explains, whenever the court decides that its will (or desire) runs contrary to the Alaskan people, it can and WILL block, edit, revise or simply strike anything the high court does not like from the ballot.
